It is with pleasure that I write this review for Annie Forman because I had such a wonderful experience with her.
She is so knowledgeable in her field and her efficiency is superior. She took the time to answer every phone call and text I sent during the process of selling my uncles home. In fact, I will probably be selling my own home now and am already looking forward to have her on 'my team' again. Annie you are tops!

Annie Foreman listed and sold our house in 2013.
When she made her recommendation for the selling price, we thought it was too high; no home in our area had sold for close to that price. To our delight, it sold in just 30 days, for the full price!We are convinced that this was due to Annie's great marketing of the home; numerous, high quality, well staged photos posted on the Guarantee listing; plus she emailed every realtor who showed the house to obtain buyer feedback regarding appearance, price, likes, dislikes etc.During the purchase negotiations, Annie was proactive and constantly in communication with all parties.. Annie facilitated a short sale for me with Union Bank.
The house was vacant and in poor condition, but her optimistic and professional attitude went a long way to assure me. She was realistic and practical while still protecting my financial interests. She made sure the process was moving along in the bank when it seemed to stall, emailing and calling associated parties. When we discovered another realtor had not armed the alarm, she immediately sent an email to remind them that not setting the alarm was not acceptable. Despite living far away from my property, I was reassured knowing that Annie was keeping an eye on things. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking real estate services.
